The subjects covered by each of the studies available to date relate to one of the following major themes: making a photograph, exploiting photographs, protecting photographs, the legal status of the photographer, image banks and press agencies, photographic archives, art photography, photojournalism and photography and AI. New studies will be published regularly to provide a comprehensive overview of the law applicable to photography and image professionals.
